Mr. Watanabe was in charge of trading of electric power related products for the Middle East, Africa and Europe as well as plant construction projects at Sumitomo Corporation. After that, he was transferred to Summit Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, where he was in charge of a wide range of operations including power plant development, power supply and demand management, and retail sales. He then joined Eneris Corporation in 2009, where he served as Executive Officer, Director, and Managing Director.
Ken Watanabe also listed Enaris on the TSE Mothers market in 2013 as director in charge of listing.
In 2016, Eneris formed a capital and business alliance with KDDI Corporation, which led to his resignation from the Board of Directors and appointment as Executive Officer at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in March 2017; in January 2019, he established REXEV Corporation and became President and Representative Director.

After working for J-Brain Inc. as an executive-level recruiter for venture companies, Mr. Fujii joined Navitime Japan Inc. to develop joint business in the field of car telematics with Japanese and foreign automakers.He joined Eneris Corporation in 2013, where he was responsible for the planning of the sales department, including the launch of the electricity retail business and the formulation of growth strategies. He has served as General Manager of Operations, General Manager of Sales Strategy, and Director of Eneris Power Marketing Inc.

In January 2019, he participated in the establishment of REXEV, Inc. and became a director.

Takahiro Moritsugu

After graduating from university, he joined Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. where he worked in the design and development department of primary system equipment, engaging in project management, overall design, and collaboration with overseas manufacturers in a series of operations from bidding to post-delivery after-sales service for nuclear power plants in Japan and abroad.
He then joined Eneris Corporation in 2013, where he was involved in the development of renewable energy power plants and the start-up and operational management of new power plants.

In January 2019, he participated in the establishment of REXEV, Inc. and became a director.

After graduating from university, Mr. Numata joined Jafco, a venture capital firm. For more than 10 years, she was engaged in investment and nurturing of startup companies in Japan, mainly in the technology sector, and was appointed as an outside director of REXEV, Inc. in November 2019.

Currently serving as an external auditor for several companies, he will be appointed as an external auditor of REXEV, Inc. in November 2019.

Mr. Kaise was engaged in the supply-demand management of electricity and consulting for the start-up of new electric power companies at Eneris Corporation, where he launched dozens of new electric power companies. Later, he was in charge of product planning as well as demonstration projects related to virtual power plants and smart communities.
He joined REXEV Inc. in September 2019.

After graduating from university, Mr. Fukumoto joined Sumitomo Corporation. After working in domestic industrial equipment sales, he was engaged in power equipment trading operations.
After that, he experienced administrative operations such as group-wide corporate planning, strategic performance management of business units, and accounting, and then took charge of overseas power generation business investment management operations.
He joined REXEV, Inc. in June 2020.
